Called to the Bar in 2015 and ever since, Rasika has accumulated seven years of experience in the legal practice, comprising of five years as a practicing Advocate & Solicitor and two years as a Legal Counsel in renowned corporate company.

Rasika has vast knowledge and expertise of both the procedure and due process in court matters as well as the corporate legal knowledge.  Rasika's main practice area and expertise focuses on :-Divorce & Family Law including Mutual/ Contested Divorce, Child Custody Care & Control, Child Access, Matrimonial Property Division, Wife/Spousal Maintenance, and Adultery; Adoption, Citizenship, Commercial & Contractual Disputes; Defamation; Employment Law & Industrial Relation; Insurance; Personal Injury; Medical Negligence; Will & Probate and Vetting and advising on business contracts.​

Rasika had represented clients extensively from the High Court to the Court of Appeal and is well versed in the court litigation process.

She was also listed as one of the personalities in the fifth edition of Britishpedia’s Successful People in Malaysia for the year 2023.
